- KBKaushal BhattMar 25, 20261.0I was recommended to order from a Bertucci’s while on a work trip. Keep in mind I was ordering from Uber Eats - to be fair since it wasn’t fresh. Unfortunately, despite ordering a basic margherita pizza, the food was delivered cold, undercooked and not even made to basic order. The margherita pizza had raw dough, the sauce was falling off of the raw dough, and it was totally undercooked and cold. This was a very poor experience. I hope they take more consideration in their delivery orders, especially considering that locals regard them in high regard.
