This location doesn’t have a speaker for drive-thru orders, so you have to place your order face-to-face at the window. When I pulled up, the employee didn’t greet me — I said hello first and then waited about 30 seconds to place my order while she explained she was “taking her shoes off to be more comfortable.” After I ordered, she commented on my pimple patches, saying I should “invest in skin-colored ones or put makeup over them.” I told her I wasn’t planning on leaving the house today except to get my coffee. I was stunned — who says such an unnecessary and personal remark like that to a customer? To top it all off, she herself was wearing a BREATHE RIGHT STRIP on her nose — which made the unsolicited skincare advice even more ironic. I left annoyed and honestly just pissed off. I wasn’t asking for commentary on my appearance. I just wanted a coffee. This interaction was wildly unprofessional and absolutely not how you treat a paying customer.
