  I was informed by the first window employee that I had received a specific item, but upon checking, I found that it was the opposite. Instead of being able to trust the accuracy of the order or receiving an understanding response, I was met with dismissive and aggressive behavior. Rather than providing customer service, the employee treated me as though I were an inconvenience. This is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the standards of service that should be expected.

  Wow so many one star reviews for this old school dunkins that has been gussied up for the modern era. I think they should do dunkin classics locations where you can sit at the "bar' and smoke cigarettes while you have your coffee and 🍩. This would be a good location for that experience. Anywho this location is across the street from the commuter rail I think. Also, this was my first time in Wakefield so that was cool.

  This is the third weekend in a row I've had a horrible experience with this Dunkin Donuts. The coffee never taste right and is usually not what I asked. My food order is always wrong or missing something. Usually missing hashbrowns, last week they forgot the bagel I ordered and today they forgot to put sausage on my sandwich. This place is a waste of money. I order ahead of time, and give adequate time for them to actually read the order and put it together (which it's never ready by the time I get there). It should not be this difficult to get a single order right. I will not be going back to this location and would rather drive much farther out of my way to a Dunkin Donuts that can actually put an order together.
