- AOApril OkeefeOct 7, 20252.0You know the saying, "When someone shows you who they are, believe them?" Yeah well, believe the reviews. Unfortunately I didn't read prior to ordering. But when I came to leave a negative review, quickly discovered that this wasn't a one off. I ordered two subs, one being a veggie. I pretty much ordered extra everything because I have been to this location before and even in person have to say extra. So I knew they skimp out on the portions. When I got there I thought I was pleasantly surprised seeing a new worker thinking that she would do better. Absolutely not. I got home opened up my sandwich and not only was there not extra anything but barely anything. Again this is a veggie sub there's no meat. Putting three slices of green pepper on an entire veggie sub after asking for extra is crazy. The same for the onions as well. At first I didn't even think there was peppers or onions because I couldn't see them. It was normal amount of tomatoes and cucumbers. I legit felt like I just ate bread. A veggie sub normally fills me, I'm starving still. Also, inside their fountain machine for the soda is down so you have to get a bottled one when you get the meal of the day or a combo and then they charge you extra for that bottled drink Even though it's not the customer's fault and it's been like that for months. To boot, I tried calling to try to fix this. Twice. No answer. And I have a feeling that's purposely done because they are well aware of the complaints they get so they just don't answer nor care. This is the last time I will ever get anything from this location.

- JBJim BladesDec 27, 20181.0Expect to stand in a long line if you go at lunchtime. They only have one person working in the whole store. Apparently the owners are too cheap to hire help. How stupid, I saw at least 5 people open the door see the line and turned around and went somewhere else! Bad business decision.
