It took me about 10 minutes to get through my order of three coffees. The woman at the window had no idea what she was doing. The line was backed up to the street in drive-thru. Terrible service, long long wait times even when you order 15-20 min ahead on the app you’re still waiting when you get there. And the worst part abt this Dunkin’s is it’s DISGUSTING. They rarely ever clean. Every time I go in there, the floors are a disaster, all the trash cans inside and out are over flowing with trash and no one cares to go deal with it, the floors and countertops are nasty, the bathroom I couldn’t even use it it was so bad, and looking at this place as a whole, and how they care about cleanliness, would you want to eat the food and drinks being prepared by them?
