When I pulled up to the window, I asked for her name, I guess it’s DENISE. Come to find out looking at the rest of these reviews, she has the same attitude every time and she is a MANAGER!!! This girl needs to be fired or retrained on her customer service, and as a manager she should be setting a better example for her staff. This Dunkin needs to do better…I hope this gets fixed.
