  Don’t answer the phone. Guy at drive thru took my order, made the wrong drink, charged me for the wrong drink, refused to refund me. Asked me to come inside while I had two small kids in the car for their mistake?

  Every time I order from this place, I order blue raspberry colada, and every time I get it, it tastes like water.You people need to start training your people because i'm paying six dollars for ice and some squirts of raspberry flavoring, and you're charging me almost seven dollars for it and your people don't even know how to make a slush I don't know who trains these people, but I'm gonna tell you right now. Whoever it is needs to be fired because they continually do it over and over again. And I'm not gonna pay $7 for a drink. That's not being made correctly. So fix your employee. And then when I called to try and find out where they were. So I could return it and bring it back because it was a DoorDash order on top of it. Okay, your people aren't even answering their phone. I'll never order from you again.And i'm gonna put in a formal complaint with door dash on your workers who can't even make a slush the right way?Cause basically, that's all it is.You're ripping people off and you're the only one who ever does it this way.So I don't know if you're telling me work is to do it or I don't know.Save money on flavoring, or whatever it is.But it's a problem

  No eye contact. Not a single smile from anyone. Watched the cashier walk around doing basically nothing til she finally woke up and started helping others make orders. Could've gotten my coffee 5 minutes earlier. The parking lot is a mess. The bathroom layout sucks. The hand dryer right above the trashcan makes it look like no one's cleaned it in forever. And seriously! It's a food place, get paper towels. NO ONE will stand there for 5 minutes til their hands are completely dry.

  The last three times I've been to this Duncan's they have screwed up my order. When I try to discuss it with them they get very confrontational and defensive. This is not how you run a business! You've lost a customer. America may run on Duncan's, but there's plenty of other Dunkin donuts to go to.
