  The younger bigger woman. Has a serious attitude issues. Every time I come in she always treats me like I'm some evil x I see he with other customers and she's the same way with them. I don't think I will be coming back

  I place an order on line\nThey made my protein bowl wrong, and they did not put the dress in on it.I went in and told them , and all I got was a sorry no bother fixing it or a refund, I was so looking forward to this salad to come home to disappointment

  Everybody moves extremely slow. It took me and my two friends 20+ minutes to get our simple sandwich orders. Staff were unwelcoming and impolite. Sandwiches and wrapping was messy.

  This rating applies to the manager's/owner's for not participating in Subway's Veteran's Day free 6-inch sub promotion at the 3 local area Subways; Greenfield, MA Mohawk Trail and Federal St and Turners Falls, MA Main St. This Veteran's Day promotion for a free 6 inch sub is each Subway manager's decision to participate. The managers/owners at these 3 Subways decided not to participate.

  I walked into subway today and there was this blond older woman there. I went to go get a sandwich and she just acted like I wasn't even there. I asked the worked and apparently she was the owner. She never said a word to me and when the other workers were busy, she just talked bad about other employees. That shouldn't be a way to run a business and I feel bad that all the workers there are treated like that. If someone owns a business you should at least have a smile on your face, there was no emotion, no people skills, she just seemed to like to gossip more than run a business
