I said hello, and the employee responded that they were not taking my order until I got off the phone. I was not on a phone call with anyone outside the car. I was only talking to my passenger while waiting for someone to come on the microphone. The rest of the interaction felt rude and condescending. I asked for spicy nuggets and was told they did not have any, and that I should come during the week if I want them because they are not popular. When I got to the window, a young employee handed me my food. I asked who took my order, and he said it was not him, then he handed me my food and slammed the window shut. I waited at the window to speak to a manager. A heavy set man came to the window and I asked who took my order and what their name was. He said he does not give names, told me if I do not like it I should go somewhere else, and then slammed the window shut. I am not a rude person and I was trying to be understanding, but being spoken to that way for no reason was unacceptable.
