Instead of looking into the customer's eye and repeating the question politely, she got angry and whispered "am I speaking in Chinese?". I don't understand why a person who hates his work likes to spoil other people's experience. How to feel the taste of food if your throat burns with anger after a terrible service? If you don't have love for your work, please don't take it out on customers, it's not our fault that the company doesn't pay you properly.
