It was open 24 hours and then the hours changed and they were opening at 5:00 but I stopped there this morning and no one was there! If they aren’t open then shut the Golden Arches down as well as the menu sign. This is my 7th bad experience there now and will not be back! Dunkin’s is right down the street and very reliable.

There was 1 car ahead of me that placed their order in the drive through and was told to pull up. I pull up to tell them my code and the worker told me that they were closed. I let him know I had already placed the order and paid for it and he said they wouldn't cook the order because they were closed. So they decided to close more than 30 minutes early, made the order for the person in front of me and then wouldnt fulfill an order technically made before that car via the app.

The fries are almost always served cold and lack seasoning, and the burgers are often sloppily put together. Most frustratingly, they get the nugget sauces wrong (or forget them entirely) more than 50% of the time. I’ve reached the point where I have to check my bag every single visit because an error is practically guaranteed. Disappointing.
