This store is usually not busy, but you'll wait well over 10 minutes for just a coffee whether you go inside the store or through the drive thru even when you are the only customer in line. And most of the staff, not all, are rude, miserable and dirty looking. I stopped going to this store.

They had an issue with the register and they argued with the customers in front of us. People were walking out. When something was said to him he told us ‘to go to the store across the street’ He does not belong in customer service, nevermind a management position. This was 9am 10/19, there really should be a follow up to such rudeness!!!!

Now it is run by a bunch of rude people who don’t like to do anything except talk no. Sense to each other and have customers wait 15 minutes for a black ice coffee. Place sucks they need to start over at this location and let every one of their employees go. Place blows
