Never a long wait whether you are in the drive through or walk in, always fast friendly service.

- AFAva FarrellSep 13, 20251.0Workers are terrible and rude. Either they are giving attitude for no other reason than they hate their jobs or they just act flat our rude. When they get your order wrong (which is often) they blame it on you at the window and say rude and disrespectful things to your face. Such as this morning I had an awful experience with a frail, yellow blonde, old woman with heavy makeup, because she gave me a small drink instead of the large I ordered and assumed I had payed for. I politely corrected her and she went on a 2 minute long rant about how she needs to double charge me because Im trying to change my order after ordering to avoid paying more. This was obviously not the case. Although her behavior was extremely odd and uncalled for, I do feel for her because I wouldn’t be too happy if I was working at Dunkin at 60 years old either!
