  45 minutes to an hour before they close AND NO hot coffee and over 9 1/2 minutes waiting at the drive-through only to have to turn around and go inside to find out that there was no hot coffee at all and that they wouldn’t be making any since I’m not picky. I settled for an iced decaf. Either way, as far as being a Dunkin’ Donuts, I highly doubt that it’s policy to not make hot coffee within an hour before closing absolutely ridiculous. I also want to say that there was only one person working, so I also feel bad for that person. She was taking out trash, stocking the straws and working the counter so maybe that answer is why the drive-through never got attended to. This is the Dunkin’ Donuts inside the gas station at Petro NOT the one at shell across the street. Definitely won’t be coming back here.

  I go to this Dunkins on the weekends. They are hit or miss, typically miss. They tend to have slow service. Not the employees fault though, just a busy spot. Typically 2-3 employees working hard. The online ordering is often an issue. Sometimes its on, most the time its off. The drinks and food is good,, its really just the wait time to get everything. I usually wait 10-15mins a few times 20-30 mins. Theres no seating, so you're getting take out or going through the drive threw. They tend to focus on the drive through, which backs up a bit. It's attached to a small gas station with plenty of parking.

  Only good if a certain lady is working. Other than that coffee is always made wrong and employees have an attitude
