  I am writing to report a concerning experience I had at your Tewksbury, Massachusetts location. 1220 Main Street. During a recent visit, I approached the drive thru where an older employee was working and asked if she could make me a cappuccino. She stated that she did not know how to make it. Trying to be helpful, I went inside and attempted to explain how the drink is made. Instead of responding professionally, she became extremely rude, argumentative, and began using inappropriate language toward me. After this interaction, I returned and asked for the manager’s name so I could address the issue. When I spoke with the manager, I was told that the employee could not be fired because she is on “medical exceptions” and that if they were to terminate her, the company would be sued. I found this response highly inappropriate and unprofessional. This is not information that should be shared with a customer, and it gave the impression that unacceptable behavior is being excused. It is very disappointing that this situation has not been addressed and that the employee continues to work in a customer-facing role despite this behavior. I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed and handled appropriately. Customers should be treated with respect and professionalism at all times, and situations like this reflect poorly on the store’s management and service standards. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. I would appreciate any follow-up regarding the outcome of this complaint.

  Horrible experience, overcharged and they couldn’t make sense of how addition or basic math works . Never coming here again. Thanks !

  The guy who took my order was kinda of rude. He gave me these burnt and non edible. Thanks Dunkin Donuts.

  1/25/26 Morning. Asked for a toasted plain bagel at the drive through, got just a plain bagel. Worker was disrespectful. She impolitely claimed it was toasted and slammed the window. There was no sticker label on the bag. Disappointed, the workers here once took the time to give my dog a treat when she was in the backseat. I was fond of this particular Dunkins.
