- CCCara ChildsApr 23, 20261.0Today I ordered the Thursdays $6.99 sub meal, which comes with chips, a drink, and cookie. I ordered through the Subway app, but when I got my order it was all messed up. I had to ask for the cookies because it was never given to me, they put on mayo when I specifically choose a different sauce, there was no ice in the ice machine, and the Pepsi was flat. The server had me pay an extra $3.00 for chips. Last time I ordered a $6.99 meal I got both chips and a cookie included at this SAME location. So I’m a bit confused. Plus the Subway app is laggy and doesn’t load properly. This location is clean and nicely spreadout, but the service can be better. Especially with communication. It’s just frustrating to not get what you ordered. I hope this post finds you well.
