I went through the drive-through and our order taker Maya was rude and deliberate when placing our order. After our order was taken, we were met with cold food. And on top of that, we went back to tell the workers this complaint and they told us to park in the front for over 5 min to reclaim our order. Not only that she stated that we placed the wrong order and would be charged extra given, we paid for our specific order ahead of time. this experience was one of the worst Wendy’s experience I’ve ever had. I advised this location to take the proper steps to ensure better customer service moving forward.
