  Genuinely one of the worst Dunkin's I've ever been to. My drink was fine (a bit too much ice) but they completely forgot about my wrap. I was waiting for five minutes before I took initiative and asked if my wrap was done. The worker I spoke to was kind about it, but I watched her communicate my missing wrap to her co-worker who proceeded to claim that I had my wrap already. After waiting another 5 minutes, the worker taking care of the wraps begrudgingly handed me my wrap and said nothing while giving me a dirty look. Horrible service, food was mid, hope I don't forget about the service here and mistakingly come back.

  If I could give this place no stars, I totally would. This is the worst Dunkin’ I have ever experienced in my 43 years on this planet. Not only did the staff forgot to make my Dunkin’ Wrap but they also didn’t even bother bringing it out when they actually did make it. Plus they were incredibly rude and just not good at their jobs. One of the workers was nice and apologized but this only half makes up for this distasteful experience. Genuinely ruined my day, thanks Dunkin’

  This location and the staff here are much more friendly then the one at the Irving gas station up the street ☺️ the manager here is very kind

  I came here Saturday 9/13 and when I got to the window the girl handed us all of our stuff literally without looking at us or saying a word. We started driving home and realized they forgot an entire sandwich. We turned around and went back and I attempted to explain at the speaker they had forgot some of our order, and the same girl cut me off mid sentence and said just pull up. I then get to her window and she’s like what order are you? And I said I don’t have a new order, I was trying to explain you forgot my sandwich. She then made the sandwich and literally flung it at me. This was a darker skinned female with red and black braids. Literally so rude. Check the cameras. This chick is literally borderline throwing food at people. And then not even looking at customers or saying one word to them before that..
