  I go here all the time since it’s convient on my way to work. There is a young female, darker skinned that is usually there on the weekends that is absolutely horrible. I place my order on the mobile app for drive thru pick up and before I can even get out of my mouth that I’m picking up a mobile order and my name she cuts me off and rudely says pull up. I turn the corner to see her hand hanging out the window with my order. I can barely pull up cuz her hand is in the way. She doesn’t even look at you when you pull up. Very poor customer service. I mentioned it one day to another worker and she just kinda rolled her eyes like again someone is complaining about her she knew exactly what I was talking about like it has been mentioned before about the other girls behavior. If they are aware of the situation then why does she still work there. I have stopped going there on the weekends since I don’t have to encounter her.

  Genuinely one of the worst Dunkin's I've ever been to. My drink was fine (a bit too much ice) but they completely forgot about my wrap. I was waiting for five minutes before I took initiative and asked if my wrap was done. The worker I spoke to was kind about it, but I watched her communicate my missing wrap to her co-worker who proceeded to claim that I had my wrap already. After waiting another 5 minutes, the worker taking care of the wraps begrudgingly handed me my wrap and said nothing while giving me a dirty look. Horrible service, food was mid, hope I don't forget about the service here and mistakingly come back.

  If I could give this place no stars, I totally would. This is the worst Dunkin’ I have ever experienced in my 43 years on this planet. Not only did the staff forgot to make my Dunkin’ Wrap but they also didn’t even bother bringing it out when they actually did make it. Plus they were incredibly rude and just not good at their jobs. One of the workers was nice and apologized but this only half makes up for this distasteful experience. Genuinely ruined my day, thanks Dunkin’

  This location and the staff here are much more friendly then the one at the Irving gas station up the street ☺️ the manager here is very kind
