I could definitely hear someone in the back on the phone even when I said "hello are y'all open?" 4 times. No one ever came after 8 mins. This is also a main street in the middle of the day. When I mentioned to staff I’m going to be late to work and it was due 30 minutes ago, the woman BARKED at me in the nastiest tone “not my problem” and went about not making my order. This was 10/2 Thursday at 5-5:40 in the morning. Absolutely INSANE behavior from dunkin staff. I will literally never go to this location again, I will also advise the massive construction crew I work with not to go here either. I don’t know why anyone ever would step in this building with the RUDE AM shift.
