I know dunkin doesn't want you to walk in anymore. But come on now... lock the door if you want everyone to use the drive thru! I guess customer service is a thing of the past. I'm not a barista but I didn't think it took more than 4 people to pour a cup of coffee... yes I walked out & bought a coffee at another shop. Not Dunkin

- JPJenny PieDec 14, 20251.0The ladies are very rude there I was trying to get a hot tea made that I have had made at two other locations they told me they could not make it cuz they can’t put lemonade with hot water cuz I wanted half hot water half tea so I went to another location that made it for me no problem at all and on top of that they were talking and making rude comments this is why I never go to this Dunkins cuz there service is terrible and the people are so so rude
