- MLmaddie levesqueNov 3, 20251.0this is by far the worst dunkin i have ever been to. i usually stop here bc it’s the closest to my work but i will be taking the extra 10min to go to the one near marylou’s. every single time i order a medium midnight black 2pumps pumpkin and a wrap, and every time its either made wrong and they don’t put pumpkin in, or give me regular coffee, and it’s cold everytime so they’re not brewing the midnight when they are supposed to and give me the bottom of the pot cold coffee. went today they gave me a coffee w no pumpkin, went back around and asked for the 2 pumps and someone must hate their job bc it tasted like they put 10pumps in out of spite. had to go up the street for the 3rd time this week and have it remade AGAIN and they had no issues. staff is always rude, it’s rare someone is nice and acts like they don’t hate their life. avoid this dunkin at all costs it’s not worth the headache, go up the street they’re great!!!
