  The food was really good . However mistakes happen and the woman charged me for an extra drink . When I asked her she said it’s fine . I asked again she said it’s fine . I said no if you charged me for an extra drink I would like my money back for the drink . When I told the manager he half listened . I had to tell him multiple times this situation . They were kind just not fully trained and didn’t seem to mind charging extra for items the customer did not order.

  Food was pretty much all wrong. Worker with red hair & a flower tattoo on her neck accused me of lying because my food was not in the bag. Disrespectful toward manager when she was in the wrong. Will not be coming back.

  Every place has their best and worst Taco Bell. This is the worst one in the area; not for the food, not for the cleanliness, but the servers. The problem has gotten to the point where I’m concerned for the workers health, because how do you always forget something? I know it’s not just me experiencing the problem either, because this location is notorious for never remembering the entire order. There’s always something missing, to the point where ordering from this location is a humiliation ritual, because eventually I have to ask for my money back. Sauces? Forget it, you’re lucky if they remember to put the ones you paid for in the bag. Fries, chips and sides are always under filled or missing entirely. If I were you I wouldn’t spend your money here, because you’re going to have to request it back when you inevitably discover they forgot something. Bad memory is something we all get, I know, but this has happened so many times that it’s what this location is known for. Seriously check if there’s a gas leak in this building, I’m not kidding, there’s no reason for everyone who works here to forget food to the degree of infamy for it. 🌮

  Have ordered here many times despite my better judgement. Not sure my order has ever been correct.

  Out of the numerous times I have visited this branch they appear to consistently get orders incorrect despite how it is all spelled out on the tags. I wouldn't recommend drive thru unless you plan on just walking in consistently anyways due to forgotten items. As well as employees on shift tending to the registers would much rather lean on the counter chatting with their friends than actually tending to the growing line of customers waiting at the counter.
