Like someone died in there…everything is dirty…I walked into the dining room and everything is sticky and there is trash and old food all over the floor and tables and chairs….this is the most embarrassing McDonald’s I’ve ever been to…not to mention the service was awful I was standing at the counter for 5 mins while 6 different people looked at me and ignored me we didn’t even know our McFlurry came out and was half melted…the food was ok could have been hotter

I brought my kids here as a novelty dinner; we usually go maybe twice a year as a treat since they enjoy it. We ordered inside using the self-service screen and barely saw an employee the entire time we waited. The front counter looked like a ghost town, empty registers, empty pickup shelves, and no sense of energy or hospitality. Another customer came in while we were there and stood at the counter for quite a while, insisting he doesn’t use the self-order kiosks. Unfortunately, the restaurant itself was very dirty. Trash and old food littered the floor and tables, and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in some time. To top it off, the prices were surprisingly high for what’s supposed to be a cheap, convenient meal. Definitely not the experience it used to be.
