They don’t care for customers in the store , I stood at the cash register for 20 minutes nobody came to service me . Everyone looks like they are either high or on something , worst McDonald’s ever and I only came for a happy meal and some fries !

Ran out of pies, didn’t tell me until the pick up window and then proceeded to have nothing to offer other then lemonade or frappes. The workers in the windows were fine; all I could hear was the back kitchen yelling at the poor window guy who had nothing to do it. Crappy management.

I asked for a double cheese burger with no pickles and extra onions and bbq sauce. There was literally NO ONE in line at the time in the drive thru. I get home and there are 6-7 pickles in the burger and no bbq sauce. I drive back, ask for a remake (not a refund), and it’s made right but ketchup and mustard is literally ALL OVER the top of the bun and once again, no bbq sauce. So I walk back in and for the third time ask for bbq and they finally delivered. On the third try they delivered. Of course I left the original bag with fries in it on the counter, which was what the bbq was meant for.
I get it, I worked in fast food, but it’s like the words that come out of my mouth and what is ON THE SCREEN does not translate into what is made 90% of the time here. I really don’t think I’m asking for the world to remove pickles but apparently I am. Awful. Other times I have gone here with the same order it’s always no pickles, no onions. Whoever is chefing is straight up making the meals the way they wanna make them or can’t read.
