So I drive all the way back to the store and Zena the manager was very rude and wanted to take my food back THAT I PAID FOR and throw it away to give me new food. Taking food back once it touches customer hands is a major food safety violation I watched her rummage in my bag to check the food and the walk around a bag the new order without washing her hands. That’s nasty. When I said I was going to keep the food I pay for she said “oh no we’re not doing that” and gave me attitude. I get my new food and the fry’s are old and taste like crap and my burgers were wrong again. Very disappointed. And I waited for a while on top of it!
