    They got my order wrong and charged me for a more expensive coffee. When I pointed it out, all they could say was "well you weren't specific". The manager came out to process a refund of the difference and didn't even acknowledge me or apologize for the mistake. This wasn't just lousy customer service, the people here are rude. I will never go back to this location.

    Went to this location and ordered some items to include Iced Strawberry Lemon Loaf. I pull up to the window to pay the woman. I pulled off and noticed that she hadn't given me the Strawberry Loaf. I pulled around again to the window and waited patiently for someone to come. I tapped on the window and the same woman came to the window and asked in a very rude way if she could help. I told her that she didn't give me the Strawberry Loaf. She tells me, "that I did not have to bang on the window". I told her she was very rude and requested to speak to the supervisor, as she forgot to give me what I had paid for. She walks away and the window closed. I get the attention of another worker who comes to the window and I ask to speak to the supervisor. This person stated he was the shift leader. I tell him the situation of what transpired. He states, "she is new and being trained". He apologized and I asked his name and the owner's name. He stated he was Dillon but didn't know the owner's name. If this person is being trained, they need to be remedial training and the trainer as well. If you don't want to work in a customer facing business go find something else to do. Being rude to a customer because you forgot a item is not only stealing, it's poor customer service. The millions of dollars that these businesses make because the items that customers pay for are not provided. I should not had to go around to the drive up window a second time if the order was correct and they get mad at the customer.

    I am quite disappointed and upset by what I witnessed today. The manager of the store was speaking to a new employee in a condescending and highly unprofessional manner. It’s not a good look for a manager. Mistakes happen, especially when you’re learning. This is unacceptable behavior from anyone and even more repugnant coming from a supervisor. Treat people with dignity and respect. Do better! Also, the employee made my coffee perfectly and she was very polite, despite being embarrassed.
