- PPPattiSep 1, 20251.0Rude employee messed up my latte and insisted I drive around to have it fixed because she's on a timer. But when I pulled there were eight cars in the Drive-Thru line. I worked in fast food so I get the timer thing, But a six dollar latte should be made correctly. And it wasn't like I wanted them to remake the latte all I wanted was to order and pay for a small black coffee, so I could try and fix the latte myself (they added way too many pumps of sweetener). 😞 the standard for sweetener is three pumps why on Earth would I get 6 without requesting it?
