- JMJ McGrathFeb 7, 20261.0Accidently ordered the wrong shake. Tried calling the store to ask them to not put a certain thing in the shake and the phone rang and rang and rang. Automated message says they are experiencing high call volume... which is BS! No one calls that place. No excuse that someone (manager on duty) cant answer the phone. Whats the point of having a phone number if you never intend to answer the phone?

If you want a place in the area, that's not that busy.But the quality is good. I would head here. It is my go to roughly once a month.

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
