    Beware of DUNKIN DONUTS on 146 in SUTTON ma. The SOcalled manager and corporate could care less about foul tasting /smelling drinks they serve and put the blame on you and outright lie to save their own jobs ! Acussing me of saying things I never said ! Ths is how corporate duncan donuts treats the customer . iThey continued to serve other customers the same discusting ice tea after they knew it smelled and tasted horrible. Filthy dirty place! So I hear many complaints about the cleanliness in this Duncan donuts

    Today I got a seasonal drink at this Dunkin. Twice this Dunkin made my drink wrong. I got the "Toasted White Chocolate Signature Latte Hot". At Dunkin the order and how to make the drink is literally printed out and put on the cup, so I don't know how or why they keep messing up my drinks. When I got my drink I took a sip and it tasted like strong espresso only. Whoever made it put espresso and whole milk in the cup and just put some whip cream on it. I literally dumped it down the drain when I got to work. The whole point of getting a seasonal drink is to enjoy the flavor, they made me a lattee straight with espresso and milk all while the sticker was on the side of everything that needed to be in it. Not going back.

    Food and service is usually pretty consistent that most dunkin' donuts as it was at this location.... A quiet sit down area to enjoy your cup of coffee and food item... They do a big up business in the drive-thru....

    Person taking order couldn't understand my accent while I was speaking English. My englosh muffin was burned, but bagged and given to me anyway
