The SOcalled manager and corporate could care less about foul tasting /smelling drinks they serve and put the blame on you and outright lie to save their own jobs ! Acussing me of saying things I never said ! Ths is how corporate duncan donuts treats the customer . iThey continued to serve other customers the same discusting ice tea after they knew it smelled and tasted horrible. Filthy dirty place! So I hear many complaints about the cleanliness in this Duncan donuts
- KAKelsey AggreyDec 8, 20251.0Today I got a seasonal drink at this Dunkin. Twice this Dunkin made my drink wrong. I got the "Toasted White Chocolate Signature Latte Hot". At Dunkin the order and how to make the drink is literally printed out and put on the cup, so I don't know how or why they keep messing up my drinks. When I got my drink I took a sip and it tasted like strong espresso only. Whoever made it put espresso and whole milk in the cup and just put some whip cream on it. I literally dumped it down the drain when I got to work. The whole point of getting a seasonal drink is to enjoy the flavor, they made me a lattee straight with espresso and milk all while the sticker was on the side of everything that needed to be in it. Not going back.
