- AGAM GriggsMar 12, 20263.0Very friendly and amazing staff, but a lot of things that are unique to the store. Butter is frozen and they will not put it on your food. If you put butter on your food and ask to heat it up, it is their policy to refuse. They will not put anything on your food like other Dunkins - cream cheese, butter. Just little things. Staff is super nice tho, can’t blame them just some weird things that is only this stores policy.
