  For domestic reason the Lobby is closed at this location. Also, they were out of the Thin Mints Frosty Fusion.

  This place absolutely SUCKS. I just waited 20 minutes in the drive through, paid cash, got the completely wrong order - went to go inside to fix and the door was locked. Tried calling three times - no answer. 10 cars in the drive through waiting … waste of time and honestly their food SUCKS ANYWAY.

  If you come here expect to wait at least 20 minutes even if you're the only car in line. The staff here clearly do not care. They're consistently rude and work embarrassingly slow. It is filthy everywhere, inside and out. They're constantly out of menu items and don't say anything until after you paid for it, nor will they make it easy to get a refund. Easily worst wendy's I've been to.

  I’m not sure why I stopped at this Wendy’s. I regret it every time I do. If I could give zero I would. I ordered lunch through the drive thru today 2.06.26 and they gave me the wrong sauces, no drink with the kids meal (I ordered milk), dry chicken, cold fries and the wrong medium drinks. I was up charged for the strawberry lemonade’s for them to hand me the machine crap. They told me that they were out. So why didn’t they override the AI voice taking the order to tell me that. They could have told us. I’m so sick and tired of Sturbridge Wendy’s messing up alllll the time for $30+ of food. Make it right and do better.
