Took care with my food as it was fresh, warm, tasty and even the sugar cookie was flawlessly prepared/baked with the soft texture instead of a crunchy brick texture. Was stopping by for a quick protein meal after the gym, they followed my requests to edit my meal and saved me a lot of time making food tonight. Thank you again!! Give your night shifters a raise!! ordered baconator fries no cheese sauce what ever they used shredded cheese of some kind. Brought them back was told they had no cheese sauce. They never said anything. the cheese they used was oily and when it cooled down was stuck in chunks and burnt from being melted for so long to look like sauce. Also had a junior bacon cheese burger with no bacon. We won't be back.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel like people need to be aware of this. I went to this Wendy’s during a busy time, and even though they were clearly in a rush, the wait was almost an hour just to get through the drive-thru. I could understand the delay if the food came out fresh but it was the complete opposite. The burger tasted old and off, almost like the meat had been sitting out too long. It had a sour, unpleasant flavor, and the bun was soggy and falling apart. The fries were just as bad, cold, stale, and tasted like they’d been re-fried multiple times. After waiting that long, getting food that tasted this poor was honestly shocking. What’s even more concerning is that it made me question how the kitchen is being managed during busy times. Rushing is one thing, but food safety and basic quality control should still matter. I’m sharing this so other customers know to be cautious. If you do choose to go, check your order before driving off. And to management please take this seriously. Long wait times are one thing, but serving food that tastes spoiled is unacceptable.

I have been stopping by this location since I was in highschool, it used to be the best wendys around. Now it is genuinely terrible. I haven't had a wait under 15 minutes everytime I've stopped, the staff is rude and dismissive and the food is always questionable at best. My standards for fast food aren't high to begin with but this location should deeply consider a temporary shutdown, wipe of staff, and a new GM. I am just appalled at the spiral this place has undergone. If this reaches the owner, you need a restructuring.

They were out of almost every item on the menu and didn't disclose it to the public until after the order process. No pickles, no mustard,& almost no soda options. Maybe their suppliers order was late, Maybe they messed up their supply order and ended up short...we'll never know as staff were not forthcoming with any information & most were barely seen working at a reasonable pace. Huge shoutout to the 1 gal working in drive-thru who ran circles around her colleagues and her manager & found the few soda syrup canister refills they had somewhere so folks could at least get Coke Zero or the lemonade the shy yet kind young man made after learning the soda dispensers were empty.
