Waited half an hour and didn’t get my food door was locked they didn’t answer the phone just go to a different fast food restaurant sad to see a drop in quality
Had to stand at the front for 5 minutes before an employee asked to take my order. The inside is filthy, especially the tops of the trashcans. It was 2pm and the store didnt even have the lights on. The cream shake i bought wasnt creamy, and the chilli tasted slightly burnt. The place feels like its abandoned. Horrible experience, especially as someone from the south who usually loves sonic.

Never had an issue at any Sonic until I came to this location. Placed an order in the app, then entered the stall number when we arrived. Waited about twenty minutes, then got out of the car to go inside. All the doors were locked. Went back to the car and got in the insanely long drive thru line. It took about another thirty minutes to get to the window. They handed me a cold meal and never apologized about the wait. I'm guessing they were short staffed, but if that was the case, there should be a way for them to turn off mobile ordering temporarily to avoid the issue.

Awful customer service. I waited in the drive-thru for 25 minutes with only three cars ahead of me. When I ordered mozzarella sticks, the employee let out an annoyed sigh. At the window, she didn’t say a word to us just handed me the food with an attitude. I said, “Thank you, have a nice day,” and got no response. Really disappointing experience I would not recommend.

I am beyond disappointed. What was supposed to be a Sunday treat for my teenage son turned into a miserable 45-minute ordeal. We pulled into the drive-thru at 1:10 PM and didn’t crawl out until 1:56 PM. With the lobby closed, you are essentially trapped in a line that doesn't move.
The service was a disaster from start to finish:
• Incompetence at the Speaker: The attendant didn’t even know their own menu. We literally had to explain that the items we wanted were listed right there on their own mobile app.
• Chaos at the Window: When we finally reached the window, they still screwed up the order. We were forced to wait even longer while the cars behind us were served and went on their way.
• Terrible Food Quality: When the food finally arrived, it was wrong AND cold. I don’t understand how you mess up a smashed burger. It was drowned in so much sauce, lettuce, and onions that you couldn't even taste the meat. It was an inedible mess.
Sonic Stoughton needs to just close its doors and throw the whole location away. When you have McDonald’s, Burger King, and Wendy’s all within walking distance, there is absolutely no reason to waste your breath here. We will never be back.
