I had gone down the drive-thru to get a milkshake, and they told me they “don’t do any ice cream on Tuesdays”??. On top of that, I can understand when it’s busy, and things slow down. 30 minutes for a milkshake though is a little silly. Please give me my food without giving me sass that is all I ask I am begging. Also I really don’t understand the point of a dine-in area if it sits unused and closed 24/7, seems like a waste of money and space but I’m not a business major so what do I know. Could be worse, could’ve been a Burger King

There were multiple employees smoking and talking in the parking lot. It took less time to drive down the street to a KFC order my food and get it. I’d recommend going there instead.
