- SASteven Arsenault2 days ago1.0Door was wide open so i went in to pick up an uber eats order not place one for myself and the manager and staff starts yelling at me they never formally asked me to leave they jumped and yelled call the police. State mandates you have to formally request someone to leave you to count as trespassing. Meanwhile the order that i have to pick up is sittjng on the counter im just asking nicely if i can just take the order and leave since im just doing a job im not there for my pleasure, and they clearly are more embarrassed they left the door open and cant just take the embarrassment with some eloquence. Absolutely foolish behavior. You leave the door open and i walked the entire floor into the restaurant before anyone noticed and they cant just let me accept the uber eats order and leave and they can fix their door issue they have to make it about me. Next time OWN UP TO YOUR MISTAKE FOR LEAVING YOUR DOOR OPEN. The manager didnt think i spoke spanish cuz im white so she started calling me all sorts of names in slang calling me a dirty trouble maker. I didnt yell at her once and she was screaming in her own store and hyperventilating to pretend she been attacked but i hadnt raised my voice. The manager and the blue shirt big guy both froze when i addressed them in spanish that i knew what they were saying.

I was extremely polite and I was only met with hostility. Female worker with hispanic accent told me I was wrong without checking and locked the drive thru window on me. Had to pay for another sandwich despite not having the original I paid for in my bag. Would never recommend, stick to Brockton if you don’t want to be belittled and yelled at over a 3$ sandwich of all things
