  Customer service is always lacking. I hate leaving bad reviews, but every time I’ve gotten my boss coffee it takes like 5 min for them to answer the drive thru and they are always rude about it.

  Service was very rude. There are only 3 parking spots plus one handicap spot. When you order coffee inside, there is no station for cream, sweetener, stirrers, etc. Apparently you have to specify this with the order. This location has "discontinued" lemon, creme filled, and several other types of donuts and have a small selection. There are only 5 tables inside - all large, making seating pretty awkward.

  Respectfully, the parking is TERRIBLE here, and the coffee is so-so. My wife tried the cold brew on tap and wasn't a fan.. I got a bagel here once that was cold despite ordering it "toasted". Please do just a little bit better

  Great location, maybe a tiny bit slower at times but it’s a new location! Staff is friendly and they always get my order correct :)

  This is a new location. I've been to probably 20 or more Dunks in the same amount of years, within a month of their opening. Usually, the food is good. Selection is great. Service is fast, friendly and efficient. This was NOT the case for my now SECOND trip to this location. From the moment I pulled up to the drive thru screen, to the moment i got the last item for my order given to me at the window, was a 17 almost 19 min process. I waited at the screen for 3 minutes before anyone asked what i wanted to order. I ordered two everything bagels, toasted, with cream cheese put on them. They told me ten minutes into my long wait, that they were out (already paid). I replaced them with a cheaper option, wouldnt adjust my receipt and give me difference back. Got my sandwiches with no cream cheese on them, had to do it myself (every other dunks puts it on). My refresher tasted like sparking water no flavor, and the people didnt seem to know what they were doing. There were not a lot of cars in the drivethru, so theres NO reason for an 20 min drive thru process. Either get your act together, hire some better staff, train them better... or shut this location down and save people the trouble and time. (My first trip last week... my major complaint was rude drive thru staff.
