    First few times never had a problem with my coffee or anything else I got. Past few times my coffee has been horrible & I’ve had to throw it out wasting my money.

    Horrible customer service! I order my food through drive through got to the window to pay and I ask for water, they said they could add to my order . I’m like it’s water they’re nothing you have to make. So I’m ok maybe my food is ready, NOT I waited 10 minutes for my food. Out of all the time I could have 20 waters. I asked for a manager after waiting 5 minutes waiting for my food, they said she was too busy. I’ve never had this before. Manager should always be ready to assist customers.

    Probably one of the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. Dirty, no napkins, no sleeves for the coffee cup. The girl barely spoke English but at least she admitted to me that the coffee was not fresh. They told me they’re brewing, a new one, but it was tge worst cup of coffee i ever had. Shame to have such a store 1 coffee and 1 diet Coke! 6.5$…. What a theft.
