    Had one of the best hot chocolates here but I wasn’t impressed with their restroom! Really disgusting!🤮. This was just 9:30 am in the morning..

    First few times never had a problem with my coffee or anything else I got. Past few times my coffee has been horrible & I’ve had to throw it out wasting my money.

    Horrible customer service! I order my food through drive through got to the window to pay and I ask for water, they said they could add to my order . I’m like it’s water they’re nothing you have to make. So I’m ok maybe my food is ready, NOT I waited 10 minutes for my food. Out of all the time I could have 20 waters. I asked for a manager after waiting 5 minutes waiting for my food, they said she was too busy. I’ve never had this before. Manager should always be ready to assist customers.
