As a customer I'm appalled to receive such treatment, I didn't even have a chance to put away my card, not so much as a thank you or have a nice day. The coffee was disgusting.

The staff is always friendly and if there’s a line it clears quickly. Went there today and had the best service I’ve ever had at this or any Dunks. I couldn’t read the employee’s name but I believe it started with a K. Either way, she made the best frozen chocolate I’ve ever had and I’m upset that I can’t give her a proper shoutout. Amazing job. 💕
