- MBMichael BrownDec 24, 20251.0Thieves. Do not order anything through the app from this location. I ordered a frosted sprinkle donut for my daughter through the app along with a coffee. Upon arrival there was a coffee and empty bag waiting for me in the order pickup spot. The empty bag was how they relay that information so you can realize what's going on before you wait 3 minutes to get an employee's attention. Then you're allowed to choose an alternative which I didn't want. I wanted what I had already paid for. I went ahead and asked for a refund for the donut but was told they can't do a refund for an online order. So they basically stole from me. How is this even legal? It's not even about the money or the donut, it's the principal. They couldn't have opened the register and given me the refund? Let's be honest... dunkin quality is trash and they're lucky people are stupid enough, myself included, to continue ordering there. I stopped at a honey dew on my way home because I wanted to get my daughter her damn donut. They didn't let me down, rob me, and actually gave me a decent product.

Everything bagel was bad taste and it's feel like a plain bagel and coffee cup was almost half empty aswell what a rip off from Management. No apologies or anything from staff will never go back there.
