  Always fast and good. Just had a great experience so I thought I would write a review. The manager is sweet and the person running the window was nice. Go Patriots!!

  I went through the drive-thru today I was missed charge, which wasn’t a big deal. So I left and came back about an hour later to talk to management about it what got me really upset was that he would not admit fault as if it never happened. Once again I could care less about the cost, but denying that it never happened is such a childish way of responding. Yes he switched the charge to what it was supposed to be (after I left) but if he would’ve just admitted that it happened I wouldn’t have written this review. #DUNKS-MANAGEMENT

  I placed an order at 6:42 not knowing they close at 7 pm. I got there at 6:50 and they already had the door closed. I knocked multiple times and both workers pretended not to see me. They could’ve at least gone to the door to see what I needed. Worst thing was I saw my coffee by on the mobile order try. Very disappointed.

  This Dunkin consistently gets things wrong every time I visit, and I'm convinced the only reason they even get customers is because they are the only drive-thru in the area. Today every aspect of my order was wrong - medium iced, extra milk, caramel, cold foam, and 10 glazed munchkins somehow turned into extra cream, no cold foam, and 9 chocolate munchkins. Previously they have thrown a donut in a bag across the store to the drive thru person, dropped the donut on the floor, and still given it to me. Don't get me wrong, I know fast food is intense and demanding work, but come on. Bare minimum shouldn't be so hard.

  Everytime I go through the drive thru there is a problem. Today, they were busy and did not care if they gave you the right drink or not. Three different iced drinks, all came as a medium iced tea, but with different labels. Tried going in, no sorry we are closed, they closed the drive thru and cannot get my money back or the drinks I wanted. Dunks is doing a great job at being lazy and not fixing problem. AVOID this drive thru at all costs. Tried calling, and all they do is hang up.
