- SCsteve cutilloApr 5, 20261.0I’ve been going here for 20 years. It was the best Dunkin’s around, However this place went downhill since the new owners. Employees here are awful with the exception of 1 or 2. Orders are always wrong, and employees seem disconnected with how to do their job. Unfortunately I will not be going here anymore. So sad.

Before the new owners this was my go to dunks the staff was friendly and had thier stuff down to a tea they all worked extremely well together and made everything perfect. Then come in the new owners then come in the careless high schoolers giving me the wrong order staring at me like I have 3 heads when I tell them it’s wrong. The quality has gone lower than low and the new owners don’t have a clue. Das so see my favorite dunks and favorite staff go to shit.

I normally order a bacon egg and cheese, some days the sandwich is phenomenal but unfortunately about 20% of the time it is gross. The variability is very frustrating as it should be cooked the same way by every employee. I must say that all of the staff are always very nice, but there is a noticeable lack of communication between corporate and this location. I have brought back sandwiches multiple times, and once remade they are always better, but this issue has not been patched yet. I seriously think that this location would benefit from some corporate intervention.
- LLLaurenFeb 5, 20263.0New owners. Prices jacked up by 50 to 70 cents or more. The place isn't clean, always out of cups. Tried to charge 50 cents for a cup of ice after purchasing a bottle of soda... miss the old owners and staff and it's only been a month or two. :(
