  Had a drive thru line with about 7 car right before dinner time, all the cars waiting in line and the cook comes out Apron on with a bag full of food. A girl runs up to him he hands the bag off and the cook goes back inside. Low anf behold the drive thru line starts to move.

  I ordered $40 worth of food, 4 biggie bags, and only received 4 fries and 4 drinks, I contacted the store and spoke to the manager who said either I’m lying or DoorDash stole it because they weighed it, he wouldn’t even tell me how many bags they sent -we only received one.I wasn’t expecting money back from Wendy’s, I only called to make sure when I reordered I actually got what I paid for but the manager was so rude I’m scared to order from there now, which really stinks because it’s my daughter’s favorite… DoorDash only reimbursed me $9 out of $40, so looks like we’re having Ramen for dinner because I can’t afford to order again- especially when I’m not sure I’ll even get it. I will be reaching out to the corporate office and raising awareness on social media in hopes I can help prevent this from happening to anyone else, there needs to be accountability especially in food service- this is unacceptable 😭😭😭
