  Went for lunch and they had the doors locked. Said we needed to use the drive thru. I say you need to find another customer. Hot Table across the street got our business.

  This was one of the worst and most unacceptable fast food experiences I’ve ever had. When I opened my bag, I found what appeared to be a BLADE inside. This is not just bad service — it is a serious safety hazard and completely inexcusable. The food itself was just as bad. The nuggets were clearly old and tasted stale, the fries were so hard they were impossible to eat, and the tacos were thrown together in a sloppy, careless way. There is absolutely no excuse for this level of negligence. Finding a sharp object in a food order is dangerous and could have caused real harm. This location seriously needs to address its food safety practices and quality control immediately. I will not be returning, and I strongly urge management to take this situation seriously before someone gets hurt.

  I Ordered A Discovery Luxe Box Through DoorDash And When I Bit Into My Triple Double Crunch Wrap The Rubber From The Cheese Pump Was IN MY FOOD, This Store Is Disgusting And Careless There’s No Reason Why Any Customer Should Find Any Machine Pieces In Their Food

  I order food for my work break and head to the counter. I am waiting for my food and it takes longer than usual but i was that is fine. Then a lady walks in closing my bag of food, her hands have clearly been in there. She gives it to the empolyee, he tell the other empolyee that that was my food. And the other one said, to simply rebag it, instead of remaking it as i clearly wouldn't know. That is disgusting specially that i had order nacho fries and those are exposed so if lady had hands in the bag she clearly touched them. They give me the food instead of remaking it. I left the bag there, and left. My break was almost over i had wasted my time due to their mistake and couldn't eat it due to there sheer lack of care for hygiene. Truly disappointing.
