    The quality of the product are great, but customer service needs to be better. They don’t like Spanish speakers because don’t have bilinguals employees. They don’t have patience when you don’t understand them at first. The actitude of customer service is not the best when they know that you speak Spanish. Is importance to bring some training to their employees about culture and body language. A employee from customer service told me that I need to speak English. Because I didn’t understand her I think maybe she needs to learn Spanish I speak two languages but she speak to me so fast. If you are racist person when you are working do not show to customers that you are.Try to recruit bilingual employees and bring training about be gentle and nice even you don’t speak more languages than English.
