  Poor service I waited 30+ just to wait another 20. They had no cars and the whole parking lot was empty. Then they lied saying they had no ice cream when I went to the window, someone else ordered a McFlurry and they gave it to them. How funny they didn’t have it when I asked but the car behind me had one. You can hear the other employees saying” that was yesterday not today” when I said yesterday I got one. Extremely rude staff and just overall a hot mess don’t come here

  Idk who’s managing this place but they NEED to be reconsidered it’s always chaos in here and they disregard walk in customers for drive through sat there for 10 min for a frappe only to get it not the way I ordered and another frappe sat made for a drive thru order until I left if it’s not one thing here it’s another

  Did a mobile order about 5:40pm and went to McD drive thru around 6pm. Was in drive thru for over 20 min. until getting up to speaker to give my name and code, then waited 10 min. to get to window. After another wait was asked to pull up to the side as they were just making the big Mac. I asked what is purpose of mobile order and was told that when I got to speaker with code is when they do my order. I left there shortly after 6:50pm.

  I waited twenty minutes for my food.Never got it. This is the worst mcdonald's i've ever been to. I will not go to mcdonald's anymore.
