  On Saturday, 3/21/26 we went to the drive-through at 136 Liberty St., Springfield McDonald’s we ordered two meals two drinks and it cost me $26. We took our meals as for driving we open them to find out it’s not our order at all, we tried to call them. No one would answer the phone. The receipt was barely legible, so the following Saturday when I was back in town we went there tried to explain to the manager what happened? He asked me where the food is I said that was a week ago you wanted me to save the food for you he said yes, you can’t show me the food you can’t get any money back I can’t do anything for you. He was so rude to us. He was shutting the window while I was talking to him and he walked away , I went to another McDonald’s to find out he should not have done that. He should’ve just given us our meals that we actually ordered but he cared less. We will never go back there again. Now I’m out my money and no food to go with it terrible restaurant.

  So unprofessional. Everyone was swearing and fooling around. My order was wrong twice. I didn't see any managers just a bunch of rude teenagers.
