  I watched employee preparing order for the person in front of me, open brand new chicken bag with blood & without rinsing and threw it straight into the flour bowl to bread it, then threw it in icy water, back into flour 2 times more before frying. Disgusted, ofcourse I was thankful that the shrimp that I ordered were already breaded in its original bag. No chicken for me, thank you. First & last time I would visit this nasty habit place. He cooked, touched & serve 4 different customers with the same gloves on, even though it was seafood, chicken & fries, plus deep them in the raw chicken, flour & sauces in that short time. In 10 mts, I saw every hygiene & cross contamination violation in the book. Yes, I'm ServSafe certified, plus Certified in Allergen Awarenes.
