The wait takes forever. There aren’t enough workers and they were slow and in disarray. The store was filled with people waiting for their order. Just go to Wings Over Springfield instead.

Asked the young lady who , after giving me my order 10 minutes after advised time of being finished , not apologizing for the inconvenience , was bringing the orders from the kitchen to the front of the store if I can get an extra blue cheese at no charge for the inconvenience . She said ‘I can’t do that - I’d have to charge you for it.’ Mind you , on the screen that shows all of the orders , all of them were late with a queue waiting at the front of the store . Regardless if it’s staffing issues , mis-management , if you’re going to charge people an arm and a leg and be below par in multiple caterogies , it’s your responsibility to make it up to the people keeping your lights on . Instead , they continue with this behavior , and wonder why they have a 2.7 star rating at this location , not to mention the terribly-rated local store in Chicopee . Be better .
