    I came here about 2 weeks ago with my parents and we ordered 2 combos and a sandwich and a 10 piece nugget. To start off they upcharged me without letting me know, the tenders looked like they were anorexic, my dads sandwich was sloppy, the nuggets were rock hard, and the fries were cold they also forgot one of my fries for one of the combos. When we got to the drive through window all we heard was loud music being played and they were joking around while they had us waiting at the window for a while. I would never go to this wendys ever and Rosa needs to address these GM’s and managers

    Definitely will not be coming back here. What time is this place actually open. I’m here at 10:05 then at 1044am and the doors are still closed. I guess they don’t do breakfast. Slow slow service.

    Just left at 2:45 on a Tuesday. It wasn’t busy. We walked in and got in line with two people in front of us. No employees making eye contact and just walking by us all. Finally a girl walks over, looks at the small line, and punches in something on the keypad. She says out loud while looking at us, “time for break”, and leaves. Crazy. It took somebody in line speaking loudly to another employee in the back for our orders to be taken. Restaurant was messy and not clean. By some luck our food was pretty good so people in the back still doing their jobs. I won’t be back to this Wendy’s.

    NEVER AGAIN!! If you have the opportunity to go somewhere else DO IT!!! 12/6/25 at 8pm 10 min waiting in the drive thru nobody took my order. I passed by the window and saw 5 people just talking and laughing.

    I placed a breakfast order about 5 mins before coming. And I put it for drive thru but they made me come inside to get the order instead. Ridiculous. And they gave me the bag almost immediately after walking inside so why did I need to get out my car to pick up an order that was for drive thru? Explain that to me.
