This Wendy’s very rarely gets an order right.
Sometimes it's one or two items, sometimes it's every single thing. Doesn't matter if l've ordered through the app, the drive thru, delivery. I've only ever gotten one order from this Wendy's that was correct (a baked potato - I had a random craving.)
I rarely eat Wendy’s anyway so it's no skin off my back to decide I’m never coming back to this location, I'm just confused how everything gets messed up. For example, tonight my husband got a combo meal (everything standard, the only customized thing was the Coke Zero he didn't get) and the only thing they got right was the fries. I guess potatoes are this Wendy's specialty so if that's all you’re after, this is the place.

This isn't the fastest location, but they seem to be a lot more generous than the others in the area. The employees are also self-aware that their job is underappreciated and despite that put in good effort. There's rarely a long line here, too.

Just went to this location at 9:15pm on a Monday. We were the only car in the drive-thru. When we went to order the worker informed us that “the drivethru is closed” and we could “go inside”. No where, does the drive thru close before the inside restaurant, and also, they dont close until 3am. Lazy, inconsiderate workers. Dont even bother, go anywhere else. This location has always been terrible. Sincerely a 25-year resident.

Just left this Wendy’s after purchasing food at 6:01 pm. Nothing wrong with service but they did not put my complete order in bag. Over a 10$ order snd disappointing to get home with no meal. I have tried calling four times with no one answering phone - just rings and rings then goes to busy. Sure would like to report it so I can return and get food or refund ! 1/12/26. KD

I came here about 2 weeks ago with my parents and we ordered 2 combos and a sandwich and a 10 piece nugget. To start off they upcharged me without letting me know, the tenders looked like they were anorexic, my dads sandwich was sloppy, the nuggets were rock hard, and the fries were cold they also forgot one of my fries for one of the combos. When we got to the drive through window all we heard was loud music being played and they were joking around while they had us waiting at the window for a while. I would never go to this wendys ever and Rosa needs to address these GM’s and managers
