  This is the worst subway in springfield, massachusetts.I don't recommend this restaurant to anyone.That is looking for a fresh sub. These people at this location are unprofessional, not polite and they don't follow direction and then blames you for their mistakes. I doubt they can actually read because they messed up my order badly adding a bunch of unnecessary stuff, I didn't ask for. Then don't want to fix it. Do not go to this location.There's too many other locations and this state to be giving your money to them. If I could give them zero stars, I would, but that's not possible here.

  I walked over from Springfield dental nearby. I arrived at this subway with my 3 kids, the lady there gave us bad stares to start off as soon as we walked in. I stepped outside because I had connection issues trying to make a call to my bank and because it’s cold I thought I would leave my teens inside mind you my teens are not rowdy or wild, check the cameras, according to my kids they were talking, then my daughter went to look at the cookies. She says are you all set? My daughter said no and that’s all she said because she was waiting for me to return from finishing my call with my bank. I walk back in and I let my son leave because he had to get to school. At this point not even 10 minutes have passed. Check the cameras. She is taking care of an officer, she felt the need to stop her sub prep to ask me if we were gonna order anything because she cannot have us in the store. Talking bout she’s doing her job. We are not thieves we’re not rude we were just waiting so I can make my bank transfer so I can buy my kids food. I left because I am not giving my money to businesses like this. In plain o cold like we were bums from the street. I rather go waste money elsewhere. She needs to learn that not everyone has the same privileges they do. She doesn’t know what I’m going through or what my situation is. She could’ve just waited and let me do what I had to do because it wasn’t interfering with her job literally looked scared like we were gonna steal some cold cuts. Made me and my daughters very uncomfortable calling me out like that like I had done something wrong in front of an officer. Maybe 12 minutes total! I lasted at this establishment! Do better this was uncalled for and very unprofessional not to mention embarrassing. Never will I set foot here again. 4 subs walked out. Is it her loss or your business’s loss? ✌️

  The Subway on Sumner Ave consistently makes delicious sandwiches. Ordering via the app is easy. Sandwiches are fresh and surprisingly full of my chosen ingredients. Staff, even when busy, have been friendly, responsive and take pride delivering a top tier product and customer experience.
