- NSNicholas Sanford3 days ago1.0First and last time at Sonic. Waited over 10 minutes at the speaker before being acknowledged with no one else in line. The food was disgusting slop, even worse than McDonald's or Wendy's, I honestly didn't even think that was possible. Burger tasted weird, the tots tasted like donuts, just all around yuck. This is like gas station/dollar tree quality food, like something you'd take out of a package and microwave. I don't know how places like this stay in business much less make a profit.

Over priced and pricing was incorrect between the menu to what showed on the receipt. Flavor was off... onion rings tasted like cinnamon. Employee was vaping in the window while bagging food. Overall not a good experience.

The roll was hard and cold as well! My wife’s mozzarella sticks were under cooked, and her chicken tenders old and chewy! Bottom line: IT SUCKED!!! A complete waste of $22!! When I lived in Naples, FL, Sonic was my go to for dogs! The one in Springfield, MA is now my stay away from!!
