This happens to be the only McDonalds in the area that still have a playscape. Seeing that it was dinner time, I ordered the Mcnuggets and fries. Both were cold. I asked the young man who served me if he can have my meal cooked fresh. He said yes and the person who was cooking confirmed my request. Several minutes passed and I re-asked. My request was ignored and when I brought this matter to the manager, I was told that he had no knowledge of the matter and proceeded to tell me about his allergies acting up and that he doesn't hear very well, etc. I'm not sure what that all had to do with my issue. Meantime, he continued to speak to me in a condescending manner and even yelled. I'm not sure if it was my looks or why I was not treated like a money spending customer. Nevertheless, this customer service is intolerable. Obviously, the manager did not care about that.

I would be miserable and angry if I worked at McDonald’s too lmfao that’s why they’re where they’re at. Do not go to this embarrassing establishment
